Painted in oil. The idea came to me when we rented a house next to the path that led to the beach. Every morning, people would head to the beach with their chairs hanging from their backs. I guess I have a weird sense of humor, but what I saw were the chairs marching to the beach. Hence, Chair Beach Day.
