About this painting: "I painted this portrait as a way of processing & healing through trauma. This painting is a piece of my story. It symbolises opening up the Pandora's box within oneself, releasing all of the horrible things, hardship, struggles, war, violence, trauma & diving into the Subconscious. To then find & release the inner light that we all carry inside of ourselves, to shine brightly, to find our authentic selves & lead the way for others to follow.
