I spent two sessions of 7 hours each on consecutive days on this piece, set up on the sidewalk just inside the front gate of the University Club. the Club had its origins in 1918, at a different location, and moved here, to the center of Santa Barbara. Style of the building is Spanish Colonial Revival, interesting in its shape, details and forms. I loved painting this building!
